I’m 40 years old never visit the doctor unless i really need to I know when I’m ill to be treated like a child made to think I was over reacting. They don’t listen sit in front of pc with questions to ask (computer says you’re fine) could clearly see I was poorly. I wasn’t listened to. 4 nearly 5 weeks I suffered with a bad chest cough n cold n they got conjunctivitis on top pharmacy was more help. Why do with have gps again?

Electronic prescription sent to Sainsbury’s on bank holiday weekend. They weren’t open, but should have been. On return to surgery it took 30 mins to get a paper prescription reissued. Cause wasn’t the surgeries fault but it felt a long time to wait to rectify the issue.

Very quick and efficient service. Lovely helpful nurse who was both caring and considerate. Same day appointment which was helpful.
Suggested improvements
Receptionist was a bit clueless and unhelpful. I was arriving for a uti test and she had failed to give me a urine sample kit - delaying my appointment and visibly angering the nurse that treated me.
