Very quick and efficient service. Lovely helpful nurse who was both caring and considerate. Same day appointment which was helpful.

Receptionist was a bit clueless and unhelpful. I was arriving for a uti test and she had failed to give me a urine sample kit - delaying my appointment and visibly angering the nurse that treated me.
