All round good experience and far better than I expected. Thought it would be more like an a&e cattle market but only 3 or 4 others in the waiting room. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and clear with diagnosis and advice

From the receptionist to the Nurse I saw, treated me with respect and had a caring nature which put me at ease.

Had been suffering for a week taking usual cold remedies, condition got worse and severe, call 111 immediate response, called back within 10 mins and I had an appointment. Doctor was great, helpful, and caring. 11/10. We have a great health service.

On this occasion everything was perfect, appointment time was prompt I arrived 10 mins before appointment and was call just before time.
