I do not have any long standing conditionsz

I have no issue with my visit. I was given a diagnosis and a treatment and also information on how to help my injury. Ok was also given directions to make sure I was registered with a health centre for follow up diagnosis and report.

More signage as to where to go I was nervous of going wrong way due to covid and there wasn’t a lot of signs as to which way to go

The doctor or nurse whomever saw me did not introduce themselves, therefore I do not know whether I saw a doctor or nurse within the practice, just that I saw a lady. She called me from the waiting area, I had came in due to severe back pain, I hobbled 3 steps and she signed and said "I'm in consultantion room 4, ill meet you in there", then proceeded to walk off. It took me several minutes to finally get to consultantion room 4 on my own and the lady wasn't very welcoming, didn't close the door. In fact told me to close the door as I was very upset and in pain. Not a great experience all round. Not even a "hello, my name is..."

Introductions go a long way in making patients feel comfortable. And listening to them ensures that they feel valid which I did not. 8am the following day a rang my own GP who was amazing and explained everything in detail. Complete opposite to the experience I had at Cavendish Court.

The Dr was totally great at helping me deal with a very embarrassing problem, made me feel really relaxed and resolved my issues quickly.

An impressive service. I was seen by the doctor almost as soon as I walked into the centre so I wasn’t kept waiting. The doctor was extremely compassionate listened to everything I said and answered all of my worries and questions.

The communication follows up much respected. Been contacted by practitioner promptly and appointment was booked within 1 and half hour.

Wish you had a facilitys to communicate with my surgery (northfield surgery in Thorne), when I contacted my GP as been advised by your Doctor , they had no record of any communication between me and your surgery.

Assessed promptly and effectively by telephone. Contacted by doctor within allocated time, given an appointment within the hour. Seen by nurse practitioner who was polite, explained what my problem was, how to treat it and what to do if symptoms did not improve.
