I am on the shielding list but nobody has told my why.

I found the telephone staff very helpful, and the quick response from the Doctor who rang me back. Rachel was the person I saw and I found her very good at her job and I was quickly given a prescription for some antibiotics after some test. Well done to all concerned

I felt like the care I received from your service was more personal and thorough than that which I have received from my GP practice where despite contacting them twice they were unable at any point to offer me a face to face appointment and why I feel my issues led to contacting your service and the issue not being resolved after first contact with them.

Phone calls were very prompt and also the covid safety. I got treatment for my chest infection very quickly.

I was struggling to get through to my own doctors all morning and was advised by a colleague to call the same day health centre. I got through straight away and a doctor called me back within minutes for an appointment. The appointment was quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I have give these answers because of waiting time. The time I had to wait when there was people with appointment times past me that was seen before me. I have to wait over an hour in the reception area to be seen. Which I don’t think is very good at all.
