The care and attention I was goven was excellent. Te nurse that treated me was beyong excellent, kind, friendly, knowledgable ad very professional.

I came into surgery a little worried , five minutes early and my appointment was right on time . The Nurse was very good and she diagnosed my problem very quickly and put my mind at rest . The nurse made me laugh . My whole experience of your surgery was great .I’m only sorry I couldn’t remember her name .

I have hypertension and was very recently diagnosed with indications of Angina. I am unsure if this is classified as chronic heart disease.

I arrived just prior to a handover of reception staff and 10 minutes early. Half an hour later I discovered that my booking in has not been recorded which caused me to miss my appointment. Fortunately I heard the new receptionist mention my name to other staff as a 'no show' and was able to be seen. People were very apologetic.

Seen by 1st Doctor who was not 100% sure and she asked if she could get another female doctors opinion. This is 100% how it "should be done" if ANY doubt then seek anther opinion. Doctors should never assume anything when patients lives could be at risk. The 2 female doctors who attended to me did everything they could. I was just let down by DRI who would not perform what the 2 Doctors requested.

The Health Centre itself you could not change anything that would improve it. They have Nailed it. Any criticism would be = signs from main carpark could be a little more clearer as to where to go. I had to ask for help.
