I was seen promptly and they listened to my health issue's that i have. And gave me the best course of action i needed. As my other hat issue's make othere problems worse. The doctor asked me about my health and she was like i tell you what i an gonna look at ur cRe needs feom ur GP. It took a couple of minutes and then she new anout my health needs.

After arriving I had a short wait, when seen by a doctor she was efficient and helpful and very personable. She gave me the correct advice and medication that I expected due to my reciprocal of my participle health requirements.

The reception staff could be a little bit more pleasant, a smile wouldn't hurt, the ones there really didn't want to be there, I went to the window... Me : Hello, I have an appointment to... Receptionist : Name? Me : PB. Receptionist : Take a seat.. Nothing very wrong with it but could be a little more pleasant, its a stressful time if you're not feeling good, a little smile, a hello or let the client finish a sentence.

Because I answered the question that asked do I have a long standing condition !!!!!

The only issue I had was with parking and I can’t see how you can improve on that as there are too many buildings using the same spaces
