Very organised, covid compliant. The doctor was lovely, took time to listen and didn’t feel rushed.

I didn’t know about this service at all. So much more pleasant than the 6 hours spent in a&e last Monday who weren’t covid complaint whatsoever and felt very unsafe and vulnerable.

My appointment was for 1.30, I was not seen till nearly 3 o clock? So I think you need to look at the times, if appointments always go over then this shpuld be taken into account when appointment times are given, so people such as myself are not sitting waiting for over an hour to be seen while also worrying if you are going to have a clamp on your car when you come out as theres is also no parking. This is also a big issue.

Got access to a doctor, who was competent and professional. My local GP (Tickhill Surgery) is hopeless: rude and patronising receptionist, no appointments available, contradictory rules on answerphone. Thank goodness for Same Day Health Centre! Only downside was the impolite receptionist; where do you get them from? The Covid-19 rules were also flouted by the receptionist and nurse. Quite unbelievable!

Signage was poor, confusing and wrong. For example, 'stand in front of the line', should have been 'stand behind the line'! It was totally ignored by everyone anyway!
