On arrival to reception I was asked to change my face covering to the ones on the desk, I explained to the receptionist that I'd rather not because j have bad anxiety bug she said I needed to because it was safer for the clinicians if I did. I went straight into a panic attack and sat there crying to myself for half an hour! I felt stupid and embarrassed. The clinician I saw was amazing and let me cry and gave me time to calm my self down. Also to add the people that followed in after wasn't asked to change thier face coverings which made me more upset!

Listen to the patient and be understanding of hidden disabilities and treat ALL patients the same, not one rule for one and another for another. It was a horrible experience and I won't be returning there because of it.

I came to the practice With Bad back spasms . the medic concerned thought it could be shingles I told her I had had a shingles jab she also read my notes that she said I had had a coma At some time I assured her I hadn’t but think she was talking about a Thyroid Problem when the Thyroid is over prescribed with too much Thyroxin A few years ago Was told to take some ibuprofen and By the next day it had recovered quite well and the spasms had stopped. So over all. I didn’t feel Completely at ease with the experience . Nothing completely wrong But feel as if she needed more Experience.

I felt that The medic needed more experience she treated Me kindly But didn’t reassure me that it was just a deep muscle that had got damaged and needed rest and a pain killer. As it proved I started the next day to recover. I felt that telling about 4 times On the telephone twice on the Sat and Once on the Sundayj just before the appointment then at the appointment to the Medic on the Sunday afternoon.

Tumour removed from bladder having treatment just finished 6weeks chemo awaiting cystoscopy to decide further treatment where if everything ok will continue treatment for further 2 years

I have parosmia which is believed to be permanent, caused by Covid-19

The service was excellent, and therefore no improvement needed.

absolutely terrible care an experience went twice with same issue first time got nagged to go have covid vaccine second time with same issue got told to man up an deal with it only had to use this service because it was a weekend never goin to use this place again

Couldnt get into see my GP so came for my appointment last Friday 2 July Prescribing nurse was rude , patronising asked my why have i come here!!! Disgusting treatment was very upset she didn't care. Complained at Reception she gave me a email address. Never come there again

Employ nurses and doctors with a degree of empathy compassion and strong listening skills and a good level of english Might be a start

The care I receive is always of excellent standard. I come here when it is not possible to go to my own gp. There are always appointments, I am seen at my appointment time and all staff I have seen there are professional in advice and treatment given.

The only change possible to make is there is now a wound care centre in the practice which is a brilliant service however the waiting area smells which isn't great when you're already unwell.

I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to just be given two sample pots and nothing else
