I found the resection staff very helpful and friendly. But the doctor was very abrupt and disengage, I went in with ear problems which I’d been suffering with for 2 weeks after having Covid and couldn’t hear very well . She made my experience very unpleasant and was very upset when I left .

I was seen on time and my concerns were addressed.

When mentioning some other health concerns I had that I thought could be relevant to my immediate concerns, I was briefly met with sceptism on whether I was 'changing my story' as opposed to giving more information, before the doctor addressed the original concern and advised the additional matter was unlikely to be related and gave me material to refer to my GP. Perhaps it was the fault of my own miscommunication but being treated with suspicion is unwelcoming when I'm trying to share my own observations of my health to provide context.
