Mine appointments was scheduled for 12.30 . I've been waiting 2h in pain. No one gave as information about delay. When I asked receptionist she didn't have a clue why I'm waiting for so long . I've been seen by NURSE INSTEAD OF DOCTOR, who was checking everything what I said on Google. She didn't know what she was doing. I am shocked that I'm was diagnosed by the person who dosent have a knowledge about my illness. This is so poor. Very unsatisfied. People are coming to to get help but the stuff is not enough qualified one day because of that can happen tragedy .

Here, further staff training is the key to success.

The Doctor that saw me was very kind, patient and efficient and made me feel a lot more comfortable. She answered all of my questions clearly and kindly and was one of the friendliest healthcare professionals I've personally met. I left feeling informed, relaxed and knowing exactly what I needed to do to get better, she made going to the doctors a pleasant experience. :) had a big smile when I left despite being ill.

Obviously it's understandable there isn't anything to occupy children at the moment due to safety and covid, but there was a very distressed and loud young child in the reception area, a separate waiting room for child appointments or some safe cardboard assembly toys or a little colouring page would help. Or asking parents to bring in something with them for their child to play with during the wait to reduce anxiety and the likelihood of fits. Another issue was other patients was coming in without masks on when signs were clearly up on the door. Its disregard for the safety of others around them, masks could be left by the door incase they forgot them to prevent them from coming and walking around the building possibly spreading anything. All of these are not down to the healthcare staff themselves in all honesty, a lot more people should be more mindful and responsible! Unfortunately with great modern medicine, more idiots survive and cause issues

I have asthma, rheumatoid arthritis and have suffered a couple of strokes

They were running late, which I know cannot be helped but I had to wait outside in the car for over half an hour and it was very warm

Doctor was condescending and had no duty of care towards me and my chest pains id be suffering with. I left crying due to the degrading comments given to me. “There is nothing wrong with you”

I am healthy and I enjoy keeping fit and I try to make sure that Iook after my physical and mental well being.

I thought the system worked extremely well. I could not contact Sandringham Road at all, a constant engaged tone, no on line service or email so it was a godsend to be able to make contact with yourselves and get an appointment on the same day and receive such friendly and responsive care. The receptionist was a bit icey but I totally understand that it is a very hard job to do. The two nurses were great.
