I needed urgent pain relief for a trapped sciatic nerve.n

Dr was excellent with me and took time to explain and to listen. He prescribed some anti inflammatories that I had never taken before but I would have appreciated some additional pain relief also. I needed to see my gp practice the following day for some as the anti inflammatories alone did not provide pain relief quick enough.

Great Service and frankly it rather exposes how poor our local GP surgery is The Doctor and all the staff there were excellent

Doctor didt have a clue what to do with my just reffered me to esac team only came for some buscopan tablets

Better gp and nurses Gp and nurses need additional training on ibd and ibs

Have always had a good experience whenever I needed hospital treatment.

Nothing could have been improved during this visit. No excessive waiting about for treatment.

The lady i saw was very pleasant and interested in me. I didn’t feel like I was a inconvenience to her like you normally do . She was caring and lovely with it, the lady identified my problem and gave appropriate medication which I was really grateful for.it was such a pleasure to have a really good experience for a change, this time was not a battle as it normally is to see any NHS person’s. The lady made it by not being defensive and had my health condition at heart, Thank you

Long time slipped disc sufferer and diverticulitis patient.

Be More accessible via phone takes long time to get thru n have to go thru a rigorous interview before actually getting an appointment n then waiting long time to be seen by the doctors.

I have been treated for recurrent depression for 6 yrs but have been symptom free for at least 3 so although I still take treatment I don't consider my self to still have an illness.

The receptionist told me I would get a call at 7pm.i had a burn on my foot so I was puzzled how that would work. I rang back and offered to send a picture by email. She said I would have to discuss it when they called. 7.20 pm no call I w as told by another receptionist (male) "that it had actually been booked as a face to face. He rebooked a face to face later.
