Was treated quickly by a doctor. Once I knew how to contact and use the system. Did not know it had changed from a drop in though to needing an appointment. Once got through got seen same day

AttendingIf the doctors we saw with our severely mentally and physically disabled daughter 41 years age we strongly fill the need for an x-ray to be done immediately due to severe distressed behaviour a process of elimination is required to care appropriately and safely as an identified level of pain cannot be related as our daughter has no speech I know indication as to the severity or whereabouts what is causing her major distress with screaming verbal and rocking body language which is not usual for our daughter the outcome wasn’t achieved and doctor recommended we go to GP upon doing this on Monday GP could find no recommendation on notes and he himself diagnosed over the phone for our daughter to wait days for an x-ray it has been two weeks now since reporting Great distress to the doctors regarding our daughters permanently broken am humerus bone after it’s her brace which should never be removed only for bathing as it keeps her bones together as they are completely broken three years ago her brace had been removed overnight in respite care we reached out to the GP to ensure no damage had been done we feel an x-ray should’ve been done immediately and was not done I am so upset disappointed atThe care or lack of it and understanding an hour hour of need and we are disgusted this has happened

I’m sure that had this been their own child they would eliminate all possibilities in the circumstances given

I was suffering, had been for several days, condition was getting worse, rang my Doc’s Friday no available appointments told wait till Monday, ring 111, or Cavendish Court, tried 111 told for urgent matters, tried Cavendish Court who were excellent. Told to come immediately they met me at my car, took me to a room, Doctor did some check, some questions, and wrote out a prescription. A very swift service! What a credit the NHS is, we should all be proud.

Before I rang 111 I did not understand that this service was for urgent problems, I left it very late to take action for the ailment I had, but I thought it would resolve itself in time. My doctors could have offered me a call back from a nurse to guide me of the most appropriate action and I would have probably rang Cavendish Court earlier in the day.

I suffered heart failure prior to having open heart surgery to replace the aorta valve.i

I can't think of any improvement you could make except for perhaps more doctors but you do exceptionally well with what you have and far far better than my own doctors surgery. I have had to use your facility three times now over the last few years and the standard of care has been exceptional. You are probably more appreciated than you think Very well done

I have no long-standing conditions, but have recently been diagnosed with bullous pemphigoid

Very pleased with the service, quick,efficient and 2 very helpful nurses.
