I got told that if I didn’t take a beta blocker I would have a heart attack or stroke in the future, which is nonsense as I’ve had my heart checked numerous times. Also got told they have side effects such as being impotent then was told “would you rather be healthy and not be able to use your penis, or be unhealthy”

The nurse practioner was showing me an artho supplement along with a calcium supplement. NOT an NHS treatment. Something she loaded on her own phone telling me I should buy them. Even showing me a photo of her friend who had shoulder problems that were magically made better by these 'supplements'. Wholly unprofessional!

Perhaps address the problem without trying to pass me onto some random person who sells herbal style supplements. Was made aware that I was in great pain and not seeing a specialist for 8 days, yet offered 2 days of pain relief.

Couldn’t even get to speak to my GP which is why I ended up here. My toe was weeping yellow puss and I got told that ‘it looks fine’ and ‘it’s normal’ and that for infection they look for redness. My toe was bright red with a clear line down the side and told him it was throbbing but he just didn’t want to know. The last time my toe was like this I got a nurse appointment she told me it was infected and gave me antibiotics!

I don’t go to the doctors very often, only when something is really wrong. To get this attitude of ‘it looks fine’ when it was weeping yellow puss is ridiculous. You claim you’re open and here to help and just get fobbed off. Next time something is weeping yellow puss I’m going to think I’ll not bother with the doctors because ‘it’s five’, is this really the attitude you want patients to have? It’s a disgrace.

I came due to covid

I think it was very helpful I was seen quickly and despite having covid I was treated fairly and helped well. Great doctor really professional and helpful.

The service i recieved was outstanding and completely stress free. The kindness and proffessionalism was amazing. Thank you for being there as we cant get this service from our own doctors. Its a shame that since covid standards have gone down the drain. However cannot be said for the service and treatment i have recieved from you. Outstanding amazing Thank you so much
