I like all my nurses, but especially Martin. He Makes me laugh and smile and he chats to me he is my favourite nurse but I do not see him very much.
All staff be they medical nursing have keepers and domestic are all so lovely, caring and friendly.
Everything I hoed for except covid.

We received tremedous support from your nurses and staff when we were caring for our mum at the end of her life. They provided invaluable care and support to our mum and helpful advice to us./nWe could not have managed without their help
The service was excellent but I needed more help which just was not offered available.
Thank you for your feedback. The Hospice at Home team will review all patients on their caseload daily and will support patients that are considered most in need. Unfortunately due to the nature of the service, Hospice at Home cannot provide regular and more frequent visits.

Service was brilliant thank you.
This service was excellent in every way. From meeting Amanda Finan, our palliative care nurse we immediately not confidence in her and the service. Amanda listened and went out of her way to make my husband as comfortable, pain free and {} distressed in his care. Alan as the patient had total confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble.
Being new to this service and only after having a recent progreass found this all hard to accept and in stock but with the care and all the support given by professional yet friendly and kind staff able to deal with and process the situation.
