The service was excellent but I needed more help which just was not offered available.

Suggested improvements
It would have helped to have regular and more frequent visits, rather than random shifts. Kevin was close to the end so should have been main priority.

Thank you for your feedback. The Hospice at Home team will review all patients on their caseload daily and will support patients that are considered most in need. Unfortunately due to the nature of the service, Hospice at Home cannot provide regular and more frequent visits.
