I found them all to be very caring. Not just for the patient but for the family too. They were all easy to get on with as well. They were a great help to me in looking after my husband and I can;t thank them all enough. And when he passed away a hospice nurse came and dealt with everything and left us the family to grieve in private.

I do feel that the staff were very helpful and caring, to the patient, however as a war-pensioner come carer I was finding it difficult to cope with stormo etc, from the day she was discharged from Kettecing hospital on the 5/11/17 until the hospice staff arrived to assist, the specialist bed arrived three days before she passed away, so it didn't give her any comfort, while she was aware of what was happening, at least she went in peace. I am devastated on how quick this cancer developed, without the condition being found earlier.

I can see form the feedback that things progressed quickly and you have concerns about the speed of diagnosis. If you continue to have concerns then please do go back and speak to the GP who may be able to answer some of your questions.

The care was very good and plenty of help was there. After my husband passed away the care continues changing clothes etc. Thank you.

I cannot praise you enough. The hospice at home team came to us in the last week of our pad's life and we cannot thank them enough. We did not know about this service, but they gave both us and our dad, great care and support at a very sad and difficult time. For weeks we had felt very alone in supporting our dad, but from the very first visit they showed great care and support for not only our dad, but for us too. We are so grateful, these ladies do a very valuable job. .Thank you so much!
