The staff.
The are so kind and caring.
So helpful with care.
I am so grateful for everything.
Ward lovely (love looking out window).
Prof care very good.
Nothing was too much bother for them. We wanted to keep mum at home as this was her wish. No one mentioned nursing her at home until Lisa appeared and told us about HAH she supplied bed, sheets, pads and nurses, None of this was explained or offered through GP or D. Nurses.
Thank you for your positive comments about the staff and service. We work in conjunction with GP’s and the District Nursing Service and will continue to promote Hospice @ Home.
I found the care and kindness shown to my wife and I was excellent at all times. I have filled in questionnaire that effected my wife and I.
The care could not be faulted. Everyone was kind and considerate.
The staff are extremely caring and helpful.
A very impressive clinic.
The surrounding space of the unit are relaxing.
The staff are friendly and are good in giving instructions, to teach you how to cope with your, lymphedema, encourage you to do the treatment yourself at home with good results.
Can't think of any improvements!
Always treated extremely well never rushed and always receive plenty of information and advice.
My care has been second to none!
When I first started attending the lymphoedema service my neck was swollen, and lumpy from my radiotherapy treatment it literally hung over my shirt collar. However, since attending and being treated by Roxane I have noticed a huge difference! My neck looks and feels amazingly better and I now know exercises I can do myself at home, I wouldn't have known how to do these or why without her help and encouragement so for me. This service has been absolutely invaluable!
Treatment and info was very good.
