Having had to be in hospital for various reasons over several years, I have always been treated with respect.

I was referred to aau.. on arrival I was rejected and sent to A&E for my 2 hour 10 minute wait !! I even had referral letters with me from my doctors. Staff were helpful and friendly (eventually) Since this hospital has changed it has become a joke !!! It has far to many patients with no accommodation or parking !!!!!! Bring back (WATFORD) general hospital

I was taken to Victoria Ward because my pregnancy was overdue. They looked after me and explained everything perfectly , my midwife was Marie, absolute perfect , had an emergency cesarion , taken to theatre, given fast and perfect care by all staff, after I stayed with my baby in Katherine Ward , amazing care by each staff member , specially Diana , who was my midwife there. Thank you for giving me great experience on the best day of my life!
