Emma is warm and friendly, Emily loved the sessions and was full of confidence about getting resources for school - previously she was scared of how her friends would react. It would be nice to get a followup email and cc'd on any info sent to school. NB this may yet happen. overall I have valued the service and the positive impact on Emily. Please safeguard this service, the impact of OT and Physio for Emily has had such a positive impact.

I have felt comfortable leaving my child with OT staff and let them do their work. Afterwards they have been happy and enjoying whatever they were doing. Maybe you could allow parents as a 3rd viewer so we can see how they are doing when parent is not there and we could been understand what you were talking about

I was having problems and Norah sorted me out. Time was short as I was going to my daughthers and Norah made a 'short' home visit which turned out to be 90 minutes. Many thanks to her.

At the beginning I felt very lonely thinking that there is noone that I can actually talk to and get some help. This is very good about me as it makes me kind of want to help myself and understand that I'm not the only one having those problems. People are also giving me advice that really helps.
