I was admitted to the day care surgical unit for a needle biopsy for bone cancer . The staff did all that they could to make me feel comfortable and relaxed in what could have been a stressful day and a difficult proceedure. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care and attention .

The whole experience over the past 7 weeks has been caring and thorough. The ambulance men who took me home today were absolutely lovely and very gentle. I am very grateful for all the care I have received, both at St Helier (Ward B3) and latterly at Crossways Nursing Home. Also the Occupational Therapists and Physios who have helped me and prepared me to return home (particularly Tricia Starratt) have been great. Two suggestions: 1. Clearer communication between doctors and family on what's going on while patient is in a ward (and possibly not able to report back themselves). 2. Clearer, simpler prescription forms to take home and use - not small type.

Once again attended the 6 week course. I have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and meeting very friendly people who are in the same position as each other. The Therapists are very forthcoming with information being asked by us clients. The talks have been very interesting although I have attended before and have still found them interesting and welcomed the beverages. thank you.

Knowledgeable caring staff helpful and encouraging. Pleasant surroundings in all a very valuable service.

I wasn't sure if this Rehab was for me but I have to say I not only have benefited from the sessions but have enjoyed them and the exercise sessions are an important part and I will continue to do these at home. In addition to all of the above I have made new friends with similar conditions to myself. Many thanks to all involved.
