Emma is warm and friendly, Emily loved the sessions and was full of confidence about getting resources for school - previously she was scared of how her friends would react. It would be nice to get a followup email and cc'd on any info sent to school. NB this may yet happen. overall I have valued the service and the positive impact on Emily. Please safeguard this service, the impact of OT and Physio for Emily has had such a positive impact.
