We have been pleased and satisfied by the treatment I have received. Vengat was always so positive and encouraging and practical and ready to listen. Gaynor helped me with exercises in a very friendly and helpful manner. They were always in time with appointments.

Our visiting Therapist was very knowledgeable and experienced and gave us many very helpful suggestions to improve my mums mobility. Her continued encouragement through mums recovery has definitely improved mums outcome, thank you Georgina.

This is my first experience of a rehabilitation placement Centre. I have received good care and Physio at Crossways and am now at home. I am having care from Physiotherapy (I fell and fractured my pelvis) and at first was in St Helier. An exercised routine is now taking place for which I am most grateful.

I had a very capable team of Therapists helping me and supporting me through my rehab. They explained most things I needed to know about. I was impressed with all the home assessment and equipment to help me. They were very good at communication skills and led by an enthusiastic team leader. I cannot think of anything that needs improving at this time.

I enrolled at Crossways care home for the extra Physio that I knew I would receive because I felt I needed it. I was not disappointed, getting a full programme of the stated exercises. The wall for exercises were particularly beneficial as were the ones on the stairs. On arrival I could hardly move my operated leg but lately I most definitely can, which is good for going home much stronger.

This is my 2nd time at Crossways for re-hab. Both times has been brilliant, all staff are great. The Physio with Sophie and Geana has helped me so much to go home with confidence and to carry on to full fitness.
