I enrolled at Crossways care home for the extra Physio that I knew I would receive because I felt I needed it. I was not disappointed, getting a full programme of the stated exercises. The wall for exercises were particularly beneficial as were the ones on the stairs. On arrival I could hardly move my operated leg but lately I most definitely can, which is good for going home much stronger.
