Suggested improvements
Some occasional music would be good e.g. During warm up and cool down. The face to face talks were better than the ‘sense anti’ its easier to ask questions with a f-to-f presenter.

Helen has been so supportive in helping us with suitable seating for our little one so she feels safe when she is eating. Helen has given us lots of really useful information about how to progress out little one's skills in a very sensitive and kind manner. Helen took her time on her visits to make sure we felt listened to and to ask as many questions as we needed to. We feel more confident going forward. Thank you!

I think the service limitations in general on capacity are difficult for parents to navigate when you know your little one is behind and needs support. So I understand that we are best placed to support our children day to day, but I think scheduled check ins 2 or 3 times a year just to see how things are going would be reassuring and would help us to receive further information and support as needed. I think just knowing that there would be some form of contact would enable parents to know there was going to be support coming or an opportunity to ask questions etc.

I have been with CAMS for a long time with an extremely sad and confused young lady. Our worker has been amazing, caring supportive and understanding. All the staff have tried hard to help and we are very grateful. We would have found it difficult without the professional advice we have received. All we can say is thank you to all the staff for the excellent support given.

The Hospital at Home team have provided an outstanding service. They have consistently listened to us and considered our needs, adapting their work accordingly.
