The service that the Hospital at Home team has provided has been outstanding. They clearly have great expertise and experience but have consistently listened to us and adapted their work and support to best meet our needs. They have consistently done this with great compassion and empathy and instilled in us a great deal of confidence in what they are doing and the advice that they have given us.
