.
Everything was explained clearly by the lady response time by ambulance very good the call was about my wife i
Rebecca was very friendly, patient, constructive and helpful she gave me confidence in myself again.
The Mental Health Team understand everything I said to them and I felt like I got somewhere
Excellent service from Rachel Hill in reviewing my recent "heart failure" diagnosis and the immediate prescribed cocktail of drugs, speedily adjusting that initial medication in light of the health issues and blood readings I reported to her in the early weeks of my new medication.
Immediate rapport created, great communication skills on show, both led rapidly to the creation of trust and my sense of someone totally on top of her job.
General comment also re the ease of travelling to and parking at Witney, the excellent reception administration, the seating area, and the general calming ambience of the hospital.
All very good
Mel was so good with my daughter, she made her feel comfortable and at ease to open up and talk freely.
She listen to me and understood me.
Great service
It was really helpful to talk to Michelle Thomas as she was so understanding and sympathetic to my mother’s illness (Alzheimers).
I really appreciate her time in visiting my mother and talking to her carers, me, and her colleagues, to gain a really good understanding of all aspects of my mother’s illness.
I am also very grateful for her considering both medicinal and non-medicinal approaches for the best care of my mother and for the safety of other residents in her care home.
