The level of care and attention to my needs have been excellent at each stage of treatment. The greeting from the reception staff is second to none.

I don't really have any specific cultural needs being from Northern Europe, but the directness of the communication is helpful and that I don't feel the need to filter my thoughts during the communication to make things sound less crass.

I think overall the service has been great, only downside has been my awkward pattern of sleeping and not hearing phone calls.

I know this is anonymous but I want you to know who I am and I want [name removed] to know how I truly felt. My name is [name removed] masters and I was part of the Tiny steps programme for about a year and a half and it was the best thing I have ever done. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to do this and it was amazing from start to finish. I had a lady named [name removed] who would come out to me regularly and she was the nicest, kindest lady I had met in a long time. She always listened to every single word I said to her throughout our time together and gave the best advice. She never made me feel silly when I would ask questions that I felt were silly. I truly took on board every single piece of advice she gave and how to do this and that etc, her advice never failed me once and made my life being a new mum so much easier. She was always right in everything she said! When I met [name removed] I was so scared about having a baby, I’d never even held one! I knew nothing about children or babies and I was completely clueless! I was anxious and had 0 confidence in myself or my ability to be a new mother. I didn’t plan on being a single parent but unfortunately from start to finish I have had to do it all on my own and if it wasn’t for [name removed] I truly couldn’t have. She gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to be able to raise my daughter. She truly has changed my life to say the least and has helped me in so many ways that no one will ever understand. I can’t sing her praises enough! She never ever made me once feel uncomfortable or like she wasn’t genuinely interested in what I was saying. She was so incredibly easy to talk to and always made me laugh. I will never, ever, ever forget [name removed] or tiny steps and what this programme has done for me. I will miss her terribly and so will my daughter but thanks to [name removed] taking the time with me and helping me in all these ways, I have the confidence and knowledge in myself that I can 100% raise my daughter alone. Words will never be able to express my gratitude to [name removed] and I wish she could stay with us forever! She is absolutely wonderful woman and a truly amazing at what she does. Tiny steps is beyond lucky to have her and so is any families she works with in the future.

The is absolutely NOTHING donna or tiny steps could have done better. She was 10/10 every single session and always there when I needed her. She is fantastic!!

I always feel so comfortable and looked after when I come when it comes to my contraceptive needs. I only trust the nurses at NGH. They are all so lovely and always treat you with care

Both [name removed] and [name removed] have always treated me with respect, given me time to talk and actively listened to my responses. They both work incredibly well together and [name removed] has been kind and compassionate when I have seen her on my own. Always punctual and on time, has always let me know of any delays if stuck in traffic. Has been a real pleasure to have her as my carer peer support worker. I shall miss her support when we finish meeting but know where to get help if I need it.

I have the best experience with my health visitor on name [name removed] , always have been treated us well and try to understand our needs and worries about our baby she was trying to help us with everything about our baby appointments and how to keep she safe. We are really lucky to have her as our helper.

I can agree that you have the best team and i can’t say anything about to change or work on it for being a much better team
