I know this is anonymous but I want you to know who I am and I want [name removed] to know how I truly felt. My name is [name removed] masters and I was part of the Tiny steps programme for about a year and a half and it was the best thing I have ever done. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to do this and it was amazing from start to finish. I had a lady named [name removed] who would come out to me regularly and she was the nicest, kindest lady I had met in a long time. She always listened to every single word I said to her throughout our time together and gave the best advice. She never made me feel silly when I would ask questions that I felt were silly. I truly took on board every single piece of advice she gave and how to do this and that etc, her advice never failed me once and made my life being a new mum so much easier. She was always right in everything she said! When I met [name removed] I was so scared about having a baby, I’d never even held one! I knew nothing about children or babies and I was completely clueless! I was anxious and had 0 confidence in myself or my ability to be a new mother. I didn’t plan on being a single parent but unfortunately from start to finish I have had to do it all on my own and if it wasn’t for [name removed] I truly couldn’t have. She gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to be able to raise my daughter. She truly has changed my life to say the least and has helped me in so many ways that no one will ever understand. I can’t sing her praises enough! She never ever made me once feel uncomfortable or like she wasn’t genuinely interested in what I was saying. She was so incredibly easy to talk to and always made me laugh. I will never, ever, ever forget [name removed] or tiny steps and what this programme has done for me. I will miss her terribly and so will my daughter but thanks to [name removed] taking the time with me and helping me in all these ways, I have the confidence and knowledge in myself that I can 100% raise my daughter alone. Words will never be able to express my gratitude to [name removed] and I wish she could stay with us forever! She is absolutely wonderful woman and a truly amazing at what she does. Tiny steps is beyond lucky to have her and so is any families she works with in the future.

The is absolutely NOTHING donna or tiny steps could have done better. She was 10/10 every single session and always there when I needed her. She is fantastic!!
