I spoke to [name removed] today and she was absolutely amazing and understanding. She helped me talk through my feelings and make future plans. She is incredibly lovely i would be thrilled to talk to her again.

My daughter received quick and amazing care, and everyone I spoke to was so lovely and I got all the information I needed and all the signs to look out for it she got worse.

This was the first session for my daughter and she came out feeling that someone completely understood her. She felt at ease and comfortable and felt that she had a great connection with [name removed] who understood her so well. We are so pleased and will be returning and sending a referral for counselling for her.
