[name removed] worked directly with us to implement different approaches to help support a young person who was struggling with their emotions and behaviours, as well as a staff team struggling to support her through this. [name removed] was excellent at collating information from us and coming up with ideas for the team to try in order to support the young person. [name removed] liaised with other professionals and got them in to delver some sessions to the team. [name removed] always was available should we need to ask questions. The sessions with [name removed] have definitely helped turn things around for this young person, her input was invaluable.

Each phone call received was like from a long lost friend have been very patient on the lengthy calls cannot fault them, also went to house to do the scan which was very good and very beneficial to the patient

[name removed] was so incredibly understanding and supportive of both my child and myself, he enabled me to recognise positives when I could not see any and was very clear and concise in the support and information he gave to us. We know how lucky we were to be given the support from CAMHS and could not have asked for any better.
