[name removed] worked directly with us to implement different approaches to help support a young person who was struggling with their emotions and behaviours, as well as a staff team struggling to support her through this. [name removed] was excellent at collating information from us and coming up with ideas for the team to try in order to support the young person. [name removed] liaised with other professionals and got them in to delver some sessions to the team. [name removed] always was available should we need to ask questions. The sessions with [name removed] have definitely helped turn things around for this young person, her input was invaluable.
