[name removed] has been a godsend and am very grateful for my calls and i no longer feel like my life is near the end. The service is fantastic and i cant speak highly enough of [name removed] and this service.

There is nothing that needs to change, both my callers i have had are fantastic.

The doctor that saw me, [name removed], was very nice and informative. Even as the appointment staff didn't wrote the reason for my visit, she took all te information needed, gave me enough information to make an informed decision regarding my request.

I made and appointment tjat was cancelled due to the bank holiday, which I rebooked, but it didn went through and went I called to confirm my booking, I was informed that they didn't had one appointment under my name. I had to reschedule for 2 or 3 weeks later which wasn't good. The person who did the 2nd rebooking was very nice and informative and helpful. The first lady that I spoke when I tried to rebook the first time said that all eas ok and I had rebooked successfully, although that wasnt the case.

Such a lovely team at Northampton! They made me feel comfortable throughout it all with no judgement. Fantastic service and deserve the recognition of how great they are at what they do

The CATCH team were absolutely fantastic extremely professional, made me feel very reassured and that my daughter was being taken care of rather than going to a doctors and being sent away. They rang me everyday and made me feel that I could call them anytime and not feel silly

Friendly staff Child and adult focused Waiting area It would have been good to have put a sign on saying “waiting area for child flu please take a seat” as I didn’t see a sign and saw other parents saying I wasn’t sure if I should be here. Those giving jabs had children with them so we’re not able to book in or confirm you were in the right place.

Lovely to have face to face meeting. Health visitor was very friendly and professional. Easy to talk to. Health visitor Took time to speak to and interact with my 10 month old. Nice to have toys out for my little one to play with. Good,clean modern changing facilities at the venue. Patient parking available...this really helps when you have a little one.
