The doctor that saw me, [name removed], was very nice and informative. Even as the appointment staff didn't wrote the reason for my visit, she took all te information needed, gave me enough information to make an informed decision regarding my request.
Suggested improvements
I made and appointment tjat was cancelled due to the bank holiday, which I rebooked, but it didn went through and went I called to confirm my booking, I was informed that they didn't had one appointment under my name. I had to reschedule for 2 or 3 weeks later which wasn't good. The person who did the 2nd rebooking was very nice and informative and helpful. The first lady that I spoke when I tried to rebook the first time said that all eas ok and I had rebooked successfully, although that wasnt the case.
