My daughter was spoken to directly where appointments involved her - this was really helpful as she is intelligent and wants to know herself what is going on. We were given lots of opportunities to ask questions and were always made to feel like we were important and our voice was valued.

Team were professional but warm and friendly. Responsive and flexible to needs. Always on the end of the phone if I had a query or information to share. Couldn't have asked for more supportive care.

[name removed] was patient with the kid and with us asking numerous questions. :) She answered all our questing to her best knowledge and shared her advised on every questions asked which helps us as parents. She went through the complete process by explaining each step or question she was asking and provided us with the overall results and provided a detailed explanation for the overall results. She is very good at her job.

I was extremely happy to be referred to this department as i was unaware that this service was provided. I had been suffering for over 7 months with my throat and voice. I could not eat solids as i would choke, the coughing was uncontrollable. It was dangerous to eat and dangerous to drive and i was unable to sleep or do my job that i have been in for 23 years and became depressed. Thankfully i was referred to this valuable service which was able to help me to live a normal life again. This is a remarkable service!! Thank you NHS!!!

Make this service more accessible, fortunately i had support with my depression and also had a very understanding employer otherwise this could have gone so horribly wrong.
