It was good that I was helped to go out and pick up bits of my life that I had let go. Having come to such a low point I was able to think about my life and see how I could improve it. Sometimes I would have liked time to talk when I was taken somewhere and left.

I cannot fault the care I have received from the OT's and OT assistance, however equipment was not delivered/fitted according to the convenient times given to the OT. I was asked when I would be home (I work full time) and on both occasions this was not followed and was outside of these times which resulted in me having to arrange for someone to be at my address.
