I believe I've only had 5 sessions but physio says I've had 6!

I was able to use muscles and exercise in ways that were practically pain free - this has improved my quality of life and confidence. I would love to continue as I feel the movement is beginning to become much freer.

I wish I had done this sooner and not been worried about speaking about the problems. The staff have been really professional and supportive in dealing with what for me was a really embarrassing problem and I am truly grateful for this. Thanks to both of you.
