I cannot fault the care I have received from the OT's and OT assistance, however equipment was not delivered/fitted according to the convenient times given to the OT. I was asked when I would be home (I work full time) and on both occasions this was not followed and was outside of these times which resulted in me having to arrange for someone to be at my address.
