FCMS are behind the Urgent Treatment Centre at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. Firstly the staff on the phone are amazing, as are the doctors you speak too on the phone. The receptionist and support staff at Doncaster are also very good. This is where this review changes, given an appointment at 0200 in the morning to see a clinician/nurse. But the wait time can be anything up to 4 or 5hrs. What is the point in giving appointment slots and then making people wait on the most uncomfortable seating ever. Metal seating with no back support bum support. There is no cushioning at all, imagine sitting on them for over 4 hrs. 2 big issues here: 1. Appointment slot is pointless, I could of stayed at home for another 3hrs. Why get people in so early to sit there most of the night. 2. Seating in the waiting room needs something doing about it. As I said the staff I dealt with were lovely.

I had a really positive experience during my visit to the medical center. The reception staff and nurse were amazing and made me feel welcome and safe throughout my entire visit. Additionally, the place was very clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I had my blood taken by Jo Scott, who was incredibly skilled and made the process as painless as possible. As someone who donates blood regularly, I can confidently say that she was one of the best technicians I've encountered.

Nurse Scott was patient with me, explained everything to me about my bloods, didn't rush and made sure I understood everything, Nurse Scott customer care exceptional and I will be asking for her again, it's the first time I haven't been left with a bruise after my bloods taken too

I had some bloods taken by Ms Jo Scott. I was seen promptly and my experience was quick and painless. Jo was friendly and reassuring. Overall my experience was excellent.

Very pleased to have been given the option of having a blood test appointment in the evening (7pm) - the time was much more convenient for me than one during the day. Also pleased that there was no long wait to get an appointment. The health professional I saw was Jo Scott, who was both punctual and efficient. I don't like injections or needles, but Jo took a blood sample which was both speedy and discomfort-free. Ten out of ten!
