I have angina and pain in legs
n/a
I’ve had a massive problem with the other areas where I am mean’t to go and get help. Jenny from the mental health a&e team in particular has been brilliant as was the man on triage. It was good to have this after feeling let down by other areas of the mental health departments elsewhere.
(Written by my partner for me)
The course was very good, great communication
The book is very helpful and has given me good information and guidance
Both Catherine and Alex were very clear and friendly
It has been a good education for me
I am very confident I can now make the changes to improve my health
I have my answer because of how professional Simone Longley was to me over the course of the past few weeks.
At first she sorted out my referral as it was sent to the wrong place and not the correct faculty.
Then she explained everything about the waiting times etc and how me having existing documents of my diagnosis could help speed up the medication treatment side of things.
I've experienced very good care so far
Michelle has helped me in so many ways. Very patient and understanding. I have moved along with her help and hope to keep going forward.
I found the course to be extremely helpful because sadly gp’s just tell you you’re diabetic give you medication then leave you completely and utterly alone and confused
My therapist was very patient with me and listened to me regardless of how i was feeling.
He was kind and uplifting
The way I am currently being treated makes the SMHT no better than the people who sexual abused me Again I have not seen my consultant but buy her understudy I have never met her and as I am disabled feel like she is discriminated against me
