I have seen Maggie Keeling and I have to say she has been amazing. It has totally changed my life, explaining about breathing and relaxing muscles has been a life saver to me. I still have problems but she really has made a huge difference to my life. I wish I could have used this service years ago after having so many bad experiences with physiotherapist and other therapists! Telling me the wrong exercises and never mentioning the relaxing muscles and breathing to me once! The things she has explained to me have made so much sense and helped hugely. The workshops have really helped too, like Understanding Pain etc Thanks so much and please keep it going, it really helps. I would like to thank Maggie personally and hope she gets to hear the feedback Thanks for everything so far. Paul Langridge

I had a really positive experience with my therapist Phillipa, she was kind and made me feel comfortable to open up. The tools, techniques and experiments have had such a positive impact on my anxiety and I feel that I am in a very good place versus where I started. I would highly recommend CBT therapy and my therapist.

My social worker (Imogen) was so approachable and supportive. She’s great at what she does. She made the time for me and the issues I was encountering and listened. Usually you just need someone to listen

It is hard to say, due to receiving care during Covid. Once covid restrictions eased, we went for walks which was great!

i have had COPD for years and i have done the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Course i have filled in this part as required

My experience with my therapist was so helpful! She was compassionate, supportive, and helped me to find the tools I needed to support myself through stress and anxiety.
