(Bipolar 1 Affective Disorder.) The group has been informative and supportive. Knowledge is power and I have gained more generalized knowledge about a range of subjects, not necessarily about Bipolar. I have developed more empathy regarding some of the group members' histories, especially around the subjects of alcohol and drug dependency and recovery. I have reconnected with my innate sense of humour which I had lost for a while.

I received treatment for a few months from James Caulfield. James conducted himself with the upmost of professionalism, care and understanding. I was involved with all decisions and his direction was always for my sole benefit. I also felt that I wasn’t being ‘processed’ and even though I never met him in person, he made me feel comfortable and confident that my ride through my health condition would be supported right through until ‘after’ no more care was needed.
