Was really great service was treated really lovely and was very quick I hope that further assessment will mean I get a better understanding of myself and that's to Alexandra I feel much better about the journey and that I have been supported and listened too

I didn't actually know what was wrong with me, till my gp spotted the pattern, and I was diagnosed & refferered to the LONG COVID CLINIC. The assessment in my own home was a pure relief, I was really understood & it all made sense. The continued support from Sally Wood and my GP was outstanding.

I was contacted so quickly after the initial referral and the person that assessed / screened me was compassionate and understanding. The therapist I had was amazing and I am doing so much better!

I can’t think of anything that could be improved. Maybe the availability of face to face sessions? However doing it virtually helped me fit it in to a busy life.

Which particular answer?

Possibly guided us more about how to breathe, particularly as we were being guided throught the physical exercise element of class. That would have been easier for leaders had they been able to run in-person courses rather than online classes
