I was contacted so quickly after the initial referral and the person that assessed / screened me was compassionate and understanding. The therapist I had was amazing and I am doing so much better!

I can’t think of anything that could be improved. Maybe the availability of face to face sessions? However doing it virtually helped me fit it in to a busy life.
