The staff there are great and very helpful

When waiting in the waiting room there were cobwebs on two of the table legs and behind the tables also the waiting room appeared very grubby and it could do with a good clean dead flies etc on the counter

daughter has mental health issues. And is under Cams and Southend hospital. Nil issue with southend hospital

spoken to mum with respect and nicer way Sindi Mwgliwia. Very rude stated bad mum more than once saying should be watching daughter 24/7 and not going to work daughter 16 and lost father recently she is self harming. mum and daughter have been asking for mental health help for some time. Mum has job to pay bills. Been very rude and off stating getting social care involved due to working. I stated they have been involved and closed case stating good mum.

I was in communication during my care with Jordan , mental health nurse. I feel her kindness and professional care attitude including her ability to listen and supportively encourage myself to explore what was best for me as a patient to self manage my condition very useful and encouraging. As a consequence I have changed my medication during her care and have been made to feel a lot more supported. Her being easily accessible at my local GP surgery has been greatly appreciated.

Perhaps had cover in place and given better communication when Jordan was on leave or sick during my care.
