daughter has mental health issues. And is under Cams and Southend hospital. Nil issue with southend hospital

Very rude stated bad mum more than once saying should be watching daughter 24/7 and not going to work daughter 16 and lost father recently she is self harming. mum and daughter have been asking for mental health help for some time. Mum has job to pay bills. Been very rude and off stating getting social care involved due to working. I stated they have been involved and closed case stating good mum.
