Was advised on call would be getting referred for counselling services but later received letter advising I had been discharge with no ongoing support Everyone was pleasant but it feels like no one cares. I struggle to open up and when I get discharge after one brief phone call I really wonder what the point is it it not worth it at all. My loved ones keep telling me to seek help but when I try I get nothing and struggling to keep going. There is no point.

Would have helped if a referral for counselling could have been sent instead now I have to go through the difficulty of explaining everything yet again to someone else.
