Tim Canny was exceptionally considerate of my difficulties with having social anxiety. Tim asked what my son needed with options of face to face consultation or video call via Teams or telephone. He made our appointments the same time as he struggles with changes to his routines.
Tim was able to recognise my son's difficulties with speaking on the phone aswell,so would be clear and patient with any questions that he asked.
We was given a clearer understanding of the diagnosis, support and advice on how to manage situations with strategies, financial support access and reassurance with it is ok to feel the way my son does with links to services and information.
Marcin P was a wonderful practitioner who made thorough investigations and recommendations for my situation. I felt very comfortable and safe to share and express my difficulties with Mental Health, whilst finding comfort and support in their proactive approach to helping me. Marcin covered and explained a huge range of potential support avenues and recommended/referred me to them promptly and effectively - they all feel incredibly tailored to my needs and have given me a sense of hope for my future with mental health struggles.

The team have been monumental in helping me to access services, and get on the way to getting the help I need, as well as helping with referrals for other diagnoses. I feel supported and listened to, and can't thank them enough.
