I have pre diabetes
I just felt that the course dragged and a lot of the language was a bit high brow for us everyday mortals. It needs redoing in language that everyday people can understand as I found it confusing. Also this bloke Rory kept butting in all the time and not letting Joanna finish and he got on my nerves as he kept leaving his sound on and you could hear him moving about. It would have been better if the people running the course had told him to put his mute on. He ruined the course for me.
Staff were always extremely helpful at all times.
