Anxiety/GAD

Nothing. The skills that David has taught me are invaluable. I have had a couple of therapy sessions over the years, but David has by far been the best. He was able to go deep into the issues I was having, analyse together and come up with ways to move forward. He was always able to take any concerns and put them into context using tools etc like diagrams and charts, which helped massively in finding solutions. He made things very easy to understand, and always questioned further, with an emphasis on really embedding the toolset he was teaching me, to prevent relapse. I would definitely recommend David.

I have had trouble with arthritis of the knees for a few years and this has now resulted in a total knee replacement in one knee and a pending similar operation on the other

Sherrie was restricted in her choices of activities that she thought may have helped me as I had not long had major surgery and this affected my ability of walking/gym attendance and my general lack of enthusiasm for socialising

Not sure what is being asked for... specific conditions? Depression, eating disorders, reduced immune system, oesteopaena, oesophageal cancer.

A better understanding of whether/which delays in waiting for scans/ treatments etc might or might not affect the outcome. Not knowing causes extra worrying. Nevertheless, THANK YOU so much for everything.

Reception was brilliant very help psychologist did not turn up and no-one could get hold of her.
